Information Sessions for Erasmus+ Outgoing Students 2026/27
Mandatory Webex information sessions on the required documents, current EU regulations, financial support, and all questions related to the Erasmus+ program will be held for all Erasmus+ outgoing students selected by their institute or department for the 2026/27 academic year:

For Erasmus+ outgoing students traveling to Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Iceland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden during the 2026/27 winter semester, the Webex session will take place on June 18, 2026 (4:00 p.m. sharp to 6:00 p.m.).

For Erasmus+ outgoing students going to Belgium, Ireland, Croatia, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, and Hungary in the 2026/27 winter semester, the Webex event will take place on July 1, 2026 (10:00 a.m. sharp to 12:00 p.m.).

For Erasmus+ outgoing students going to Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Austria, Poland, Serbia, the Czech Republic, and Turkey in the 2026/27 winter semester, the Webex event will take place on July 9, 2026 (4:00 p.m. sharp to 6:00 p.m.).
Optional Webex information sessions on the Online Learning Agreement will be held for Erasmus+ outgoing students who are going abroad in the 2026/27 winter semester:

For Erasmus+ outgoing students from the Departments of Biology, Chemistry and Pharmacy, Mathematics and Computer Science, and Veterinary Medicine on June 22, 2026 (10:00 a.m. sharp to 11:30 a.m.),

For Erasmus+ outgoing students from the Department of Philosophy and Humanities, the Language Center, and the John F. Kennedy Institute on June 22, 2026 (2:00 p.m. sharp to 3:30 p.m.),

For Erasmus+ outgoing students from the Department of History and Cultural Studies, the Institute for Social and Cultural Anthropology, and the Institute of Sociology on June 29, 2026 (10:00 a.m. sharp to 11:30 a.m.),
