Your Copying Options
You can scan for free at all 14 locations, and at some locations you can also print for a fee.
Scanning (free of charge)
- Book scanner: Scans up to DIN A3, up to DIN A2 at some locations; file formats: PDF, TIFF, JPEG (we’re happy to help if you don’t have a USB drive with you); OCR text recognition available
- Scan booth: For scans up to DIN A3 using your smartphone
- Microform scanner: For copying our periodical collections on microfiche and microfilm.

Printing (fee applies)
You can print in black and white on A4 paper at the Central Library, the Law Library, and the Economics Library. Printing costs less than 10 cents per page. Color printing is not available. Payment for print jobs is made via the FUB-IT print account (prepaid account).
