Participation is limited to 150 places. Please register by August 31 using this link. 

Conference fee:

• €160,- regular price
• €80,- for students

The conference fee includes:

• Access to all sessions, the social program, and the excursions.
• Conference materials: A conference bag and online access to the program with abstracts.
• Coffee breaks with light refreshments on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings and afternoons.
• Lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
• Admission to the welcome reception on Monday.

The conference dinner, which is not included in the conference fee, will be held on Wednesday, September 23.

Participants are responsible for covering their own travel expenses.

• By registering, you agree that film and photo recordings may be made at the conference, and the social events.
• Our caterers will serve vegetarian or vegan food. Special requests cannot be accommodated. If you do not use the catering service, there will be no reduction in fees.
• Accompanying persons must register separately.
• There are separate categories for the regular price and for students. Please select the appropriate category during the registration process. Students must upload proof at the end of the registration process.
• The conference dinner on Wednesday has limited capacity. You can book it on a first-come, first-served basis during the registration process.
• The social program (excursions, futurist event, conference dinner) can only be booked until August 31, so that the caterers can be informed of the number of participants in a timely manner.
